1. How to Return an Item (Instructions)

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps strictly.

1. Condition of Returns To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in perfect condition (no scratches, dirt, or signs of wear).

  • It must be in the original packaging.

2. Contact Us via Email

  • Do not ship the item yet. You must first email us at support@dreampal.shop.

  • Please include your order number and confirm that the item is in its original condition.

3. Receive Shipping Instructions

  • We will reply to your email with the correct return address and specific shipping instructions.

  • Please do not send items back to the address on the package or our office address without prior confirmation, as returns may be handled at a different logistics center.

4. Organize Shipping

  • Once you have received the return address from us via email, pack the items securely.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • You can choose any shipping provider (e.g., DHL, Hermes, UPS). We recommend using a trackable service.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions above, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Legal Text)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

 

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You are responsible for selecting a shipping service provider and organizing the return shipment. We do not accept carriage forward (unpaid) shipments.

 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
